Lincoln County
- Trego/Stryker/Fortine – Barnaby Lake south to county line
- Fairview Heights – south of Troy
- Libby area - south Lincoln County
Sanders County
- County wide funds have currently been exhausted, but we are still taking applications and hope to have more funding available soon
